Storyline
Season 1
After his business partner, Bruce cheats Del who is a Mexican drug dealer, financial adviser Marty must have to come up with a radical plan to save his life. He moves to Ozarks and struggles to find a local business so that he can use it for money laundering. Wendy finds herself a job. Marty starts working in a strip bar. Meanwhile, Marty pulls in Ruth for a robbery. Agent Petty established ties with a member of the Langmore family. Marty finalizes that he will invest in the religious sector, in the course he unwittingly disturbs a business.
Jacob involves Marty in his business and Ruth plans a deadly mission. Marty negotiates with Jacob to refrain him from his threat. Charlotte seems furious to escape. Flashback to 10 years back, Wendy is in depression and Del requests Marty to be his advisor. Russ suspects Petty’s true identity and plans to kill her. Mason fails during his next sermon and Wendy and the kids are unable to fly back home. Marty manages a deal between Jacob and Del and seems to get out of the laundering game.
Season 2
Ruth’s dad, Cade, is out the jail. Wendy’s political skills approve a riverboat. The Mexican cartel seeks resolution from the Snells. Marty calls Buddy for help. Wendy seeks votes by dirty tactics. Ruth is reminded by Cade about where she belongs too. Rachel goes on a mission while Ruth finds hard to accept her Langmore origins. The Byrdes are now cautious of Rachel and suspect her. Agent Petty’s reveals secrets. Mason is angry on Byrdes. Ruth tries to bond with her dad.
Marty shows Ruth the details of his business. Wyatt hears about his dad from Ruth and drives away in anger. Ruth feels in the end that Cade has to be stopped and Marty’s family stays in the Gold Coast.
